At Howies Hockey Tape, we stand by the quality of our products and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may apply.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
